We’d been up and down the Emerald Coast plenty of times. But the first time we actually drove 30A — the canopy roads, the dune lakes, the way everything just slows down yet full of life too — we knew this was different. We stopped looking elsewhere – 5Tides at Topsail is how we did it.
It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Topsail Village, right on Scenic Highway 30A. Closest unit to the pool. Back patio faces the nature preserve. The Timpoochee Trail runs out front. Comfortable in the way that actually matters after a long beach day.
Tara handles the hosting. She’s fast, thorough, and guests mention her by name in reviews. That’s not an accident.
We’ve had guests come back three summers in a row. Families celebrate anniversaries here. People tell us it was the best week of their year. That never gets old.

We love grabbing a cup of coffee, uncovering the cruiser bikes, and taking a quiet morning ride down the 30A Timpoochee Trail before the afternoon heat rolls in. After a full afternoon lounging down by the emerald waters at Santa Rosa Beach, we usually wind down on our quiet back patio, watching the sunset over the nature preserve with a cold drink in hand.
