Our condo accommodations feature a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating, a bright open-plan living room with a Smart TV and sleeper sofa, and a dining area perfect for family meals. Every detail has been carefully chosen to make you feel right at home on the Emerald Coast.

The master suite has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, a full-size closet, and a coastal-style bureau with four drawers and open shelving below — room to unpack for the week rather than living out of a suitcase. The guest bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a full-size and twin bed, also with a Smart TV, and a full size closet. Both full bathrooms have a single-sink vanity and a standard full-size tub/shower combo, with towels and soap provided and a hair dryer in the master bath.

Step outside to our private back patio, which opens directly onto a peaceful nature preserve. Whether you sip your morning coffee listening to birds singing or unwind in the evening breeze, this serene outdoor space is one of the most beloved features our guests rave about. You can explore the scenic Timpoochee Trail right out front as well as the surrounding Topsail Village neighborhoods.

From our front door, you are just minutes from the sugar-white sands of Santa Rosa Beach and the vibrant Scenic Highway 30A corridor.
