The beach was a quick easy drive and we managed to get fantastic parking spots both days! The Dune Allen beach access led to the most beautiful, sugar sand beach that was surprisingly quiet for a gorgeous weekend day. Just a few steps to a quiet, well maintained pool. Back balcony was nice with natural landscape and views. Very clean, comfortable beds. The fully equipped kitchen and nearby grill made meal prep easy! We forgot our coffee and were pleasantly surprised by the Indonesian coffee beans and coffee bean grinder! A very pleasant, relaxing stay with an incredibly flexible, responsive host! Tara was quick to reply with any questions throughout the rental process. We look forward to returning!

  What a wonderful place to stay! We were four adults (2 couples) and the accommodation was just right. Back unit in a four-plex (I think) so it was close to... read more the pool but not noisy. Plenty of parking. Kitchen was clean and had very recent coffeemaker, grinder, Keurig… We cooked a few nights and had all the tools/pots/pans we needed for simple dinner recipes. Tara was prompt to respond with a couple of minor questions we had, and followed through with appropriate actions. This condo is very well-situated — about a mile from the northern end of 30A beach access down to the water. We had other family members staying in a kid-friendly very close to the beach so had easy access for the whole family. Recommended!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Tara’s condo. The condo is in a quiet location near Topsail Preserve and a public access beach. The condo was clean with everything... read more we needed for the week. It has a nice set up and flow to it that allowed our older children to have their own space and our youngest to be able to move around freely. There were plenty of towels for our shower loving teenagers. Tara provided four beach chairs and two umbrellas that we utilized nearly every day. The pool was right next to the condo and the water was warm. Our family was able to relax and just enjoy our time together. We felt safe and comfortable. There is a fabulous coffee shop within walking distance that we fell in love with. (Kith and Kin) There is a delicious BBQ place literally across the street that we went to twice, it was that good! (Three Sons) If you are looking for a quiet, clean space that is close to beaches this is your condo. Tara was an amazing host who has thought of everything! 10/10!
